Finding strength through release! Discover supporting muscles and the power of standing in your own strength as you release, lengthen and let go of deeper spinal tensions that limit and restrict movement and energy flow. Raise your udana prana, your upward flowing energy as your spine decompresses and releases, utilizing the support of props and alignment to support your spinal release process.
This workshop is both active and energizing as well as relaxing, rejuvenating and meditative, using awareness and gentle breath to guide you inward in this 3 hour long luxurious practice.
Open to all levels, must be able to move up and down off the floor, fold, stack and roll blanket
