Prenatal Yoga Pop Up Evening Class with Lauren Hsu

Join Lauren Hsu, certified Prenatal Teacher, for an evening supporting woman in pregnancy. This workshop was created with the intention of holding peaceful space for women at any stage of pregnancy. Open to all levels of yoga experience, including first time practitioners.
Albeit an exciting journey, pregnancy is major shift that affects not only your body, as you create another human, but your mind and mood, as hormones do their work. The practice of Prenatal yoga helps to create balance within the shift.
What you can look forward to:
Stretching the spine to mindfully relieve tension from the low back
A gentle flow through postures that generate strength and stamina
Instruction on use of props for modifications and enhancement
Learn self care techniques to empower a continued at home practice
Calming breath work
An extended shavasana; a perfect moment to relax & reset
An opportunity to connect with other women who have a sweet little something in common with you
