This workshop is perfect for any woman whose high school health class left them a little fuzzy on the specifics of their anatomy. "Should that feel like that? Is that normal? Does everyone's body do that?" This class is designed for prenatal, postnatal, and menopausal women, and is particularly useful for any woman who is concerned about preventing or supporting recovery from*: diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence or urgency, or pelvic pain. It uses breathing, postures, and props to explore the muscles, bones, and connective tissue of the pelvis. You'll also learn how to modify and work toward recovering any injuries you may have, and how to engage your core safely and effectively.
