Practices: simple movement practice for supporting ease and release in the body. Abdominal breathing for deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra. (recordings to bring home with you included.)
The meaning of Ojas, the Ayurvedic term for vital well-being, and what is at risk when Ojas and our body/mind gets depleted.
Contemplate our connection to nature and how she nurtures us with her rhythms.
