Join Sara Eavenson for this series of 8 yoga classes to learn the basics of yoga including poses (asana), breath and relaxation. A great offering for those new to the practice as well as those wishing to reinforce the basics and continue to cultivate a beginners mind.Each class will build on the prior class with the intention to develop strength, flexibility, awareness and the option to progress confidently in to an all levels class at the Yoga Room.
Tuesdays and Thursdays for 4 weeks
