Free Kids Yoga for ages 11-13

Join Jean Martin, RYT500, Saturday June 2nd at 11am for Free Kids Yoga! Introduce your pre-teens and teens to the benefits of yoga; increased overall fitness, health awareness, focus, concentration and self confidence. For young athletes, the class will also help balance left/right brain, improve balance and help reduce sport related injuries. Lessons are crafted from the Yoga ed. philosophy and curriculum aimed at giving tools to children that build a strong foundation for practice and include work with breath, postures, partner poses and relaxation. Let your child discover the beautiful practice of yoga in this fun and interactive class!
