Join Christina Schultz for an evening exploring Bakasana- Crow Pose. The many benefits of integrating this pose into your practice include developing focus and concentration, promoting engagement of core muscles and strengthening the wrist, upper back and legs. Workshop will not only discuss anatomy and alignment within the pose but also move you through a practice that warms and opens the body in preparation for exploring the pose along with variations. Supported and unsupported options will be explored and emphasis will be placed on listening to the body and moving only into spaces that feel safe to you and honor where your body is at that moment. If you have wrist or shoulder injuries, please consult with your doctor before signing up.
