These 12 weeks of Svaroopa® yoga classes broken into 4 week sessions are an introduction, specifically designed for gentle yogis. Suitable for those new to yoga or this style of yoga that have limited flexibility, mobility and or maybe move slower due to chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia, sciatica, or past injury. With Permission from your doctor for regular exercise, this class will move at a slow pace, but you will need to be able to get up and down off the floor, fold, roll, and stack yoga blankets. Find greater ease in your body and mind. Improve flexibility, posture and balance as you release your deeper spinal muscles, with the support of props adjustments and alignments. Each 4 week session includes 4 group classes and a one on one yoga session with Susan. Each session flows into the next allowing participants to either take one 4 week session or sign up for all three to have a continuous practice over 3 months.
