Feel relaxed and rejuvenated with this 3 hour Svaroopa® yoga workshop which includes both active and restorative yoga poses. Settle into poses deeper, supported with lots of props and guided with alignment and awareness to optimize your core spinal release.
While we will release the whole spine we will be bringing focus to the upper spine, lengthening the spine, which helps to improve the neck and shoulders and soften the area behind your heart. Students must be able to get up and down off the floor, as well as fold, roll and stack blanket props. Svaroopa, pronounced swa-roo-pa is a Sanskrit word meaning your own true nature or Self.
