So many of us experience stress & anxiety and we can feel stuck in endless thought and worry. Its hard to ask our minds to calm down. Its not that easy to turn it off. During this Yoga for Stress and Anxiety workshop, I will teach you about the power of utilizing specific yoga poses and the breath to create a calming, grounding and soothing effect for the mind and body. Together we will learn to quiet the mind and turn on the parasympathetic nervous system to foster relaxation and healing. Specific yet simple home practices for additional support will also be offered
