Yoga For Athletes-focus on the upper half (neck and shoulders)

Yoga For Athletes was created for those who seek balance and ease within both body and mind. Whether you push yourself in the gym, on the court, or on the field, this practice is for you.
This will be an opportunity to let go of effort, in order to aid in your body's recovery.
The series will be broken up into three parts: the lower half, the trunk, and the upper body. We will delve fully and specifically into each part of the body, stretching it all along the way. Throughout the series, the breath will play a key role in different techniques taught and tools given to take home with you.
Athletes will greatly benefit from this series, but it is certainly open to all. We could all use a good stretch!
Saturday September 16th 11am-12:30pm-LOWER HALF(Hips and Hamstrings)
Saturday September 23rd 11am-12:30pm - THE TRUNK (Core and Chest)
Saturday October 7th 11am-12:30pm- THE UPPER HALF (Neck and Shoulders)
***Cost is $20 single session or $50 for all 3 classes
